2. Purchase Agreement
Upon purchasing a genetic test from Global Genetic Labs, you enter into a binding agreement with us for the provision of genetic screening services. Test results are provided solely for informational purposes and are not intended as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We encourage you to discuss your results with a healthcare professional.
3. Sample Collection and Return Policy
Each test kit includes a saliva swab, a collection guide, and a prepaid return envelope. Customers are responsible for returning their sample in the provided envelope using a temperature-controlled courier service to maintain sample integrity. Global Genetic Labs is not liable for any samples compromised due to improper handling, shipping conditions, or courier delays. We recommend consulting with your chosen courier to confirm temperature control compliance to ensure the sample arrives in an analysable state.
4. Delivery and Shipping
We offer free worldwide shipping on all test kits. Orders are typically despatched within 1-2 working days. While we aim for prompt delivery, delivery times vary based on your location and the performance of postal services or courier companies. Global Genetic Labs is not liable for any delays once the package is with the carrier, and we encourage you to track your delivery to ensure timely receipt.
5. Data Privacy and GDPR Compliance

6. Test Results
Your test results will be securely emailed to the address provided during the purchase process. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the email address supplied is valid and accurate. Global Genetic Labs accepts no liability for any miscommunication or non-receipt of results due to an incorrect or outdated email address.
7. Refunds and Returns
Due to the personalised nature of genetic screening, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once the test kit has been despatched. Refunds are only considered at our discretion if the item is deemed faulty. Any faulty item claim requires photographic evidence, which must be submitted to support@globalgeneticlabs.com within 14 days of receiving the test kit. Upon receipt, our team will inspect the item to determine if it qualifies for a refund or replacement.
